Deputy Commissioner (DC) Okara chaired a review meeting to assess the progress of ongoing development projects across the district. Officials from various government departments attended the meeting and briefed the DC on the status of road construction, drainage improvements, education, healthcare, and public welfare initiatives.
The Deputy Commissioner directed all departments to complete development schemes within the stipulated time and maintain high construction standards. He emphasized that transparency and quality should remain the top priorities during project execution.
Officials were also instructed to resolve public complaints promptly and ensure that government-funded projects directly benefit local communities.
